Please join Rev. Deborah for a weekly experience of “less stress, more vitality”
using the ancient practice of qi gong (working with our energy). Practice includes
gentle warm ups, postures and flows and lots of breathing. Just wear comfortable
clothing. No experience necessary. All classes are drop-in so you do not have to
attend every session.
